Effective June 17, 2021, per Cal/OSHA regulations and Governor Newsome's Executive Order N-09-21, the following changes are in place when visiting the Del Norte County Courthouse:
*Unvaccinated individuals must wear a mask in indoor public settings.
*If you are coming into the courhouse and are choosing to not wear a mask you are self-attesting that you are in full compliance and are fully vaccinated.
*If you are not fully vaccinated and you forgot your mask, please see any employee in the clerk's office for a mask.

The clerk's office is open 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Please only 2 people at our lobby counters at a time.
The Clerk’s Filing Mailbox (Courthouse Mailbox #31) will be available from 4:30pm to 5:00p.m. Fine payments can be made at the counter but can also be completed on-line through NCourt.com or by calling them at (707) 460-4123.
The Self-Help Assistant will continue to be available by phone and email but can also help in person Tuesday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.
The Family Law Facilitator will also be available in person Mondays and Tuesdays but also by phone and email.
If you are feeling symptoms of COVID-19 please do not come to the courthouse. If you have an attorney, please call him or her to get a continuance. If you do not have an attorney, call the clerk's office for assistance and information at (707) 464-8115.
